We offer a proven comprehensive plan to all of our listing/selling clients. There are four phases that we follow in the listing process. In phase one we provide a detailed analysis of your home, a detailed analysis of the current market, and we do a personalized estimated net sheet for you to ensure that we price your home to get you the money back that you want and to ensure that your house sells faster. In phase two we put your home in the area's MLS system, as well as make it available it on 108 different websites. We strive to make sure that your home gets as much exposure as possible to prospective buyers. In phase three we e-mail flyers to all agents in the area, we also provide a mail out campaign to let your neighbors and prospective buyers in the area know that your home is available and on the market. In phase four we provide updates on the status of your home, get follow up information from any and all agents that have shown your home, and we strive to provide our clients with sound advice based on experience.
